Purpose:

To identify and honor the significant contributions small businesses make to the economy and the community of River Falls.

Criteria:

Business must have less than 25 full-time employees.

Business must contribute to the community in some way such as community and/or educational projects; providing services to area youth and/or in some way seek to increase the quality of life in River Falls. Please be specific with regards to projects, programs or other initiatives.

Recognition:

Small Business of the Year will be honored at the Annual Awards & Recognition Banquet; will be highlighted every month in the Chamber Newsletter; share a segment with other winners on River Falls Cable Access; and be highlighted on the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau website.

Deadline:

All nominations must be received no later than Friday, November 21st, 2003.
