Guest experience is very important to us at Belle Vinez Winery. So too, is guest health safety. We have taken some extra steps and have some simple requests of you. This will ensure that everyone enjoys their winery experience.
Some of the things we want you to know:

As you enter, take a quick moment to sanitize your hands. Just good practice that kicks things off right.

Traditional table service has been discontinued to avoid cross contact and table hopping. Guests must place all orders (wine or pizza) at one of the two tasting bars. Brick oven pizza will be delivered to your table.

To reduce food preparation contact and optimize staff, we are shifting the menu focus to brick oven pizza and cheese and meat trays only.
These changes represent the best balance of maintaining a unique winery experience, while implementing ways to reduce cross contact and improve health standards.

COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
At Best Western Plus, we are commitment to keeping our guests safe and healthy with the following industry-leading cleaning standards in place.
Front Desk and Lobby:
- Social distancing measures have been put in place, wellness best practices signs are prominently posted, and all lobby brochures, magazines and papers have been removed.
- Enhanced sanitization procedures are in place at the front desk, in the lobby and across guest touch points throughout the hotel with disinfecting taking place regularly.
- Sanitizing stations or wipes are available throughout the hotel.
Guest Room and Housekeeping:
- Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols have been implemented in guest rooms. If possible, guest rooms will not be entered for 24 to 72 hours after check-out, at which time the room, linens and all touch points, for example, faucets, door handles, light switches, thermostats, clocks and hangers are cleaned with chemicals aimed at killing COVID-19.
- Unnecessary items have been removed from guest rooms, such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, paper notepads and pens.
- For guest and employee safety and well-being, daily housekeeping service are available by request.
Temporary Breakfast Offerings:
- Enhanced ‘Grab & Go’ offerings are available to provide guests with pre-packaged food and beverage options.
Public Amenities:
- Anytime Fitness, Junior’s Restaurant & Tap House, swimming pools and meeting rooms continue to be thoroughly cleaned with disinfecting chemicals.
- Hand sanitizer or wipes are provided for guests and employees in all public areas.
Hotel Employees and Staff Requirements:
- Hotel employees are following strict guidelines, including utilizing Personal Protective Equipment, frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols, and housekeepers/laundry staff are wearing both gloves and a mask.
- Employee workstations are cleaned and disinfected after every shift.
- Employees are empowered to stay home if unwell and are fully educated on how to maintain a safe and clean home.

COVID-19 Policies & Procedures:
1. We have spaced our tables apart to provide 6ft distance between them.
2. We have at least one bar stool space between people at the bar.
3. We are using single use or digital drink and food menus
4. We are using disposable one time use flatware and drinking glasses
5. We are doing extra sanitation of all surfaces
6. We temp check employees at the beginning of their shift and ask them monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms. They know they should not report to work if they feel symptoms.
7. We are reminding staff to be extra vigilant in practicing standard restaurant safety practices especially frequent washing of hands.
8. We are in regular communication with Pierce County Public Health to get the latest information.
Besides these things our outdoor patio has plenty of room with good spacing and we never have more than 50 people between the patio and inside at any one time.

We remain in close and regular contact with local and federal health officials at the Centers for Disease Control, as well as the World Health Organization. Though the situation around the virus remains fluid, our goal is to meet or exceed all provided guidelines.
Here are some of the proactive steps we've quickly taken to overdeliver on our promise to you:
- Established a full-time Coronavirus Preparedness Task Force, in partnership with the other restaurants that are part of Inspire Brands, to monitor the situation, stay in close contact with officials, and share insights across brands to ensure a safer dining experience for all.
- Reinforced our Standard Operating Procedures on restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, with additional emphasis on high traffic areas in restaurants, as well as in our delivery vehicles.
- Expanded sick leave and pay policy for team members in company-owned restaurants to reduce their risk of contracting and spreading infections, and ensure they have the necessary support during these uncertain times.
- Re-emphasized the importance of delivery to customers and team members. We've been experts in delivery since 1983, and are uniquely equipped to handle a variety of delivery requests and special instructions.
Your safety and wellbeing remain our foremost priority, and we will continue to share updates with you as quickly and transparently as possible.

- Our staff and management are wearing masks. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONFIRMED OR QUESTIONED CASES AT EITHER LOCATION. We are making this change with the news of increased cases of COVID in the river falls area.
- We are doing this to secure the jobs of our 30+ employees and to keep our customers as safe as we can.

Everyone's health is important to us. If you wear a mask, we encourage it. If you choose not to wear a mask, you aren't going to be questioned and you will be treated like everyone else. Your individual freedom of choice is also important to us.
The same goes for team members at Nutrition 4ever. If a team member wants to wear a mask, we encourage it, but if they decide not to, we won’t question it, because it’s against the law.

We are taking numerous steps to make sure Rush River Brewery is a safe environment for our all our visitors and staff.
- All tables are socially distanced with most tables outside on the spacious lawn
- Removed the barstools at the bar
- Employees are wearing masks and customers are encouraged to do so as well while ordering

- At Sporting World we have a sign on our door indicating that masks must be worn. Once inside the store we have a small table with hand sanitizer that we instruct customers to use and an arrow indicating the one way system in the store. There are also arrows on the carpet saying 6 feet that are....6 feet apart. The serving counter has a solid shield to protect both customers and volunteers. The store is also sanitized daily.
- Donation bins are in the parking lot so donations can’t contaminate items in the store. We have rented a third storage unit to isolate donations before volunteers work with them.
