  • Organizational ExcellenceThe Organizational Excellence pillar focuses on building a Chamber that is strong, reliable, and supportive for our members and the community. By investing in our team through training, recognition, and open communication with our board, we ensure that the people serving our businesses feel equipped and valued. We will continue to manage our finances responsibly, stay transparent with our data and decisions, and keep our operations organized so we can serve the community with consistency and care. By strengthening partnerships and clearly sharing our story, we aim to remain a trusted, collaborative leader for River Falls.
  • Business & Community Prosperity The Business & Community Prosperity pillar focuses on strengthening member value and expanding engagement across all industries. By prioritizing a “Year of the Member,” we will enhance outreach, deepen connections, and grow to 400 members by 2028. We will assess and activate key partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and ambassador touchpoints to build stronger community leadership. Additionally, we will evaluate and charter our signature festivals to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.
  • Tourism & Economic Vitality The Tourism & Economic Vitality pillar focuses on elevating River Falls as a connected, data-driven destination for visitors, residents, and businesses. By strengthening our website, branding, and festival marketing, and by integrating reliable economic impact data, we will make more informed decisions and enhance visibility across platforms. Partnerships with the university, schools, sports organizations, and regional tourism stakeholders will expand opportunities and broaden our reach. Through improved data sharing, strategic storytelling, and increased participation in key events, we will advance both tourism growth and overall economic vitality.
